Senior Officer Sales - Industrial Catering

Roles & Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans tailored specifically for the industrial catering sector to drive revenue growth.
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring exceptional service delivery and client satisfaction.
• Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and potential growth opportunities in the industrial catering landscape.
• Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals that highlight the unique value of the catering services offered.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations and marketing, to ensure alignment on client needs and service delivery.
• Negotiate contracts and pricing structures with clients to maximize profitability while maintaining competitive edge.
• Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to make data-driven decisions and adjust strategies as needed.
• Identify and engage potential new clients through networking, industry events, and targeted outreach efforts.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field, with an emphasis on sales strategies.
• Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in sales within the industrial catering or food services industry.
• Previous experience in managing key accounts and developing long-term client relationships is essential.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze market trends and adapt strategies to meet client needs effectively.
• Professional certifications in sales management or related fields would be a distinct advantage.
• Fluency in English is mandatory; proficiency in additional languages is highly desirable for broader client engagement.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a persuasive approach to selling and relationship building.
• Self-motivated with strong organizational skills, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• OMAN / GCC Driving License is MUST.
