Roles & Responsibilities

• Manage the online storefront for garments, ensuring product listings are optimized with accurate descriptions, high-quality images, and SEO-friendly content.
• Analyze e-commerce metrics and customer data to develop targeted marketing strategies that drive traffic and enhance conversion rates.
• Coordinate with supply chain and inventory teams to maintain optimal stock levels, preventing stockouts and overstock situations.
• Implement and monitor promotional campaigns and discounts, assessing their impact on sales and customer engagement.
• Oversee customer service operations, addressing inquiries and resolving issues to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Conduct competitor analysis to identify market trends and opportunities for differentiation in the garments sector.
• Utilize email marketing and social media channels to reach potential customers and build brand loyalty.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of e-commerce technologies and platform updates to ensure site performance and security.
• Prepare regular reports on sales performance and market trends, presenting actionable insights to senior management.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 2-4 years of e-commerce experience in the garments industry, demonstrating a solid understanding of online retail dynamics.
• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms like Noon, Amazon is essential.
• Proven ability to analyze data using tools like Google Analytics and Excel to inform business decisions.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an emphasis on digital marketing and customer engagement.
• Experience in managing social media marketing campaigns, particularly in the fashion sector.
• Fluency in English is required; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
